At Springhill Beef Co., we take great pride in providing high-quality, fresh meat products to our customers. Given the nature of our products as perishable items, we adhere to the following return policy:
1. Quality Guarantee:
If you are not satisfied with the quality of the product received, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We require photographic evidence to assess the issue and will offer a replacement or refund if the product is found to be defective.
2. Incorrect or Incomplete Orders:
In the event of an incorrect or incomplete order, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will endeavour to rectify the issue as quickly as possible, either through sending the missing item(s) or arranging a partial refund.
3. Cancellation Policy:
Order cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept cancellations beyond this period.
4. Non-Returnable Items:
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on our perishable meat products once they have been delivered.
5. Refunds:
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days of the confirmed request.
