Our free range bacon is succulent and amazing for that hearty weekend breakfast.

We produce our bacon using the same quality pork we use for our whole muscle cuts - free range, antibiotic and hormone free with exceptional depth of flavour. 

Our bacon is produced with our own traditional recipe, smoked to perfection over hardwood in our own smokehouse to produce what we believe is the best-tasting bacon in Australia!   

Better yet all our bacon is now also Nitrate free

Very tasty

Love this bacon, so much nicer than supermarket ones which I find seem to be full of water and don’t crisp up. I like my bacon very crispy and the Springhill bacon reminds me of nice old fashioned smoked bacon, and it is Australian pork.
