Corned silverside is a flavourful and tender beef cut, cured in a mixture of salt and spices. The meat is often simmered or cooked in a slow cooker until it becomes succulent and infused with the rich flavors of the brine. Add an onion, white vinegar, cloves and some brown sugar to the water to increase the flavour. It is commonly served with vegetables and cheese sauce. Also used to make the best corned meat and tomato sauce sandwiches
