Our free-range chicken schnitzels are made fresh daily using rice crumb and flavoured with garlic, parmesan and parsley.

Shallow fry and top with a squeeze of lemon juice

Arrives fresh, never frozen. Keep refrigerated and use within 3–4 days, or freeze on arrival for up to 6 months.

Bring to room temperature before cooking, season generously, and rest the meat for at least 5 minutes after cooking.
