Cooking and storage
Arrives fresh, never frozen. Keep refrigerated and use within 3–4 days, or freeze on arrival for up to 6 months.
Bring to room temperature before cooking, season generously, and rest the meat for at least 5 minutes after cooking.
Our farming
Every animal is 100% grass-fed and finished on our own pastures at Springhill — no hormones, no antibiotics. We manage the whole journey from paddock to plate, using regenerative methods that build soil health and biodiversity.
