We’ve left out the preservatives, additives, seed oils  and artificial fillers you’ll find in many sausages – and kept only what matters: real flavour, real nutrition, and real quality.

Our brand new, no nonsense sausages contain only Springhill beef, salt, pepper and mixed herbs in natural skins

These are available in 5kg lots only however come as 10x 500g vacuum packed lots for ease of use and storage

Arrives fresh, never frozen. Keep refrigerated and use within 3–4 days, or freeze on arrival for up to 6 months.

Bring to room temperature before cooking, season generously, and rest the meat for at least 5 minutes after cooking.
