Complementing the mince, we present 5kg of our traditional thin beef sausages, one of our most popular offerings. These sausages are handcrafted with love, using natural casings and seasoned in a classic Country-style for a nostalgic, authentic taste. Perfect for family meals or as the star of your next BBQ, these gluten-free sausages bring back the cherished flavors of the past.

Each portion of mince and sausages is conveniently packed into 500g Cryovac packs, ensuring freshness and ease of use. Whether you're planning a casual dinner or a grand feast, the Springhill Sausage and Mince Pack offers the best of both worlds – the unmatched quality of Angus beef and the artisanal charm of traditional sausages.

Arrives fresh, never frozen. Keep refrigerated and use within 3–4 days, or freeze on arrival for up to 6 months.

Bring to room temperature before cooking, season generously, and rest the meat for at least 5 minutes after cooking.
